Are you an experienced export business analyst? Are you looking for a permanent role? Then this could be the perfect role for you! The successful candidate will be providing specialist international advice based on analytical findings, proposing solutions and making recommendations to support the Senior Business Analyst & General Manager of International and the business. Will be conducting analysis of the core International services and identifying the cause of export service failures in order to improve operational compliance and customer retention.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
? Provide International operational and export advice and support to the General Manager International and all internal departments.
? Ensure the business is compliant with HMRC regulations in relation to the export operation and undertake regular depot and hub visits to monitor and review compliance, and where necessary agree remedial actions
? Provide technical support regarding international systems e.g. DELIS customs Gate, E-Customs, and SkyCom
? Investigate high value claims submitted by customers, determine whether payment should take place, and when necessary submit business recommendations for preventive actions
? Analyse Contractual Penalties imposed by DPD GmbH relating to non-compliant export parcels and escalate to the CRM for corrective action
? Ensure the export routings are maintained and central systems updated in relation to the GRDB
? Produce analytical data and outbound process flows in line with the strategic direction of the International products.
? Provide International support as an advisory contact for IT; including event translations, customer automation and international business rules
? Communicate to the business any changes to the outbound operational procedures or updates that could affect customers’ deliveries.
? Conduct international awareness and compliance training for internal departments
? Assist, when requested and deemed necessary, presentations to International clients, SMT and internal departments.
? Conduct trend analysis on receipt of any escalations relating to export service quality and non-compliance and submit a report of actions for resolution
? Undertake specific projects, working groups or other duties as required by the International management in order to develop or enhance the international service offering
